This is a blog about one woman's quest to manage Type 2 Diabetes and to maintain 70 45 pounds gone without driving myself crazy. (Although at this point, simply "not going crazy" is a great goal on its own.)
My strategy? "Opposite life": doing the opposite of what I used to do with respect to food & fitness, every day. (And trying to blog about it once in awhile.)
